BOOKS Leather covered books have long since been a wonderful fill in anywhere antique. It is really a major piece of history. First, the wonderful leather and often times the tooling on the leather and then there is not at all to be forgot the subject matter and author or the book itself. I enjoy looking at them but also try to read each of the ones in my own collection of books. It is a collection you can add to for a lifetime. Certainly, should not forget to mention that once in awhile a cloth covered book can be found and these are equally as tremendous.

Someone really cared about this book and in order to save it carefully sewed the spine with linen thread. Bibles were very important to all families and many have handwritten records inside.
